💧 WATER FOR LIFE – Khidmat Foundation Nepal Initiative 💧
We are proud to share that Khidmat Foundation Nepal has successfully implemented a Bio-Sand Filtration System with a Community Handpump at Madrasa Islamia Sattarul Ullom, located in Narainapur Rural Municipality-06, Sonsbara, Banke District.
Access to clean and safe drinking water is a basic human right, yet many communities still face daily struggles due to waterborne diseases. Understanding this critical need, we stepped forward with a sustainable solution that not only provides safe, filtered drinking water but also promotes better hygiene and health for the children and staff of the Madrasa.
This project will directly benefit dozens of students and families in the surrounding area—ensuring they no longer rely on unsafe sources for their daily water needs.
